Self awareness

Individuals are able to be aware of their feelings and physical signals, and identify and distinguish their emotions. For example, perceiving potential fear from the surface emotions of anger.

Self-regulation

Individuals have the ability to manage and regulate their emotions, especially negative emotions. This includes coping with situations such as stress, anxiety, and setbacks, maintaining emotional stability and balance.

Social skills

The ability of individuals to get along well with others, establish and maintain interpersonal relationships. This includes communication skills, a spirit of cooperation, and the ability to resolve conflicts.

Empathy

Individuals are able to understand and feel the emotions of others, and see things from their perspective. This helps to establish good interpersonal relationships, promote cooperation and understanding.

Emotion recognition

Individuals are able to recognize the emotions of others and understand their feelings. This is crucial for effective communication and problem-solving.
