How do you get makeup stains out of clothes
How do you get makeup stains out of clothes?Have you ever been so frustrated that you have your hands in your lap and nail polish suddenly spills on your jeans? Left your makeup in the car and suddenly foundation soaked your dress? We understand you. When the joys of makeup become a little annoying, you need to take action. The following methods can help you remove makeup stains from your clothes.
Lipstick stains
First, remove any grease by gently brushing with a small brush dipped in gasoline or by soaking and blotting, then rinse with a warm detergent solution. Freshly applied lipstick stains can be wiped immediately with gauze dipped in alcohol, followed by warm water dissolved in detergent.
Lipstick stains
If your clothes are stained with lipstick, you can rub the lipstick grease away with perchloroethylene or hot water, then wash with detergent and finally rinse with water. Serious stains can be rubbed with glycerin before washing. For fabrics that cannot be washed with water, they can be wiped with a sponge soaked in oil solvent.
Eyebrow pencil stains
There are eyebrow pencil colored stains on your clothes. You can wet the stain on your clothes with solvent gasoline, then wash it off with soap containing ammonia and finally rinse it off with water.
Nail polish stains
Clothes stained with nail polish can be scrubbed with Neosporin and then with perchloroethylene after the stain has been largely removed; or you can use a sponge dipped in acetone to remove the nail polish and blot the new stain with a clean cloth until the stain is removed. Then rinse with warm detergent and finally with water.
Perfume stains
Newly stained perfume stains can be washed immediately with hot water. For dry stains, you can rub them with glycerin and then rinse them off with water.
Hair dye stains
You can wet your clothes in water, scrub the stains with warm glycerin, rinse with water, and then remove them by air-drying with a few drops of a 10% acetic acid solution.
Hair Cream Stains
The main component of hair cream is fat. Clothes stained with hair cream can be cleaned with solvents such as gasoline or carbon tetrachloride. Aged hair cream stains can be softened by heating with steam and then washed out using the method described above. When cleaning stains, place an old cloth or highly absorbent paper underneath the stain to prevent the grease from spreading.
