60ml of bourbon whiskey

20ml lemon juice

1:20ml sugar syrup

1/3 egg white

1 orange slice (for garnish)

10 ice cubes

Step 2 Fill a cocktail shaker with 5% ice, add 60ml whisky, 20ml lemon juice, 20ml sugar syrup, 1/3 egg white and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
