Positive thinking can help you reduce negativity and increase confidence and optimism. Many of my friends who encounter a little problem in their life will think wildly, think more but do less, and look at life easily and pessimistically.

Meditation and relaxation

Meditation and relaxation can help you calm your mood and reduce stress. You can try some simple meditation and relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, yoga, or silent meditation. These methods can help you relax and deal with your emotions better.

Don't underestimate this, I didn't think it was very effective when I started practicing it. It was only after sticking to it for a while that I really realized the benefits of meditation. I suggest you can try it.

Exercise

Except for special circumstances, I insist on exercising for at least 1 hour every day no matter how busy I am. Many friends have asked me how I can keep on exercising.
