How to cook lobster tails? Here is a quick 15 minute step by step guide to cooking lobster tails that will hopefully help you cook a delicious lobster tail.
Ingredients
2 slices of lobster tail
3 tsp melted butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Fresh parsley, chopped 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Steps for cooking lobster tails
Preheat the oven to 450°F and start working on the ingredients. Whole Foods just bought a lobster tail, about 3 ounces.
Using scissors, cut the lobster shell in half and gently break it in half on both sides, then use a small spoon to separate the shell from the lobster meat and remove it on top of the shell.
3 SEASONINGS: Melt 3 teaspoons butter in microwave for 15 seconds, then add salt, black pepper, garlic, pepper (optional), chopped fresh parsley and lemon juice. Stir well.
Pour the 4 sauces over the lobster.
Put it in the oven and remove it after fifteen minutes.
