1 whole pork chop

Dry ingredients:

6 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons chili powder

Wet Ingredients:

6 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons cooking wine

3 tablespoons minced garlic

2 tablespoons fruit vinegar

2 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons water

Steps to make Grilled Pork Chop

Step 1

Cut the ribs in half, half the size of a pork chop.

Step 2

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly and evenly in a bowl

Step 3

Loosely tear off two large pieces of tin foil and lay them flat on the kitchen table. Take half of the ribs and place them on top. Knead evenly with the mixed dry ingredients and coat both sides of the ribs.

Then seal the foil and fold both sides inwards three times and then fold the bottom three times so that the top edge is partially covered. Place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour. (It could be anywhere between two and six hours, and it's okay if it's longer.)

Using a spoon, stir the wet ingredients together to make a sauce.

Step 7

Take the two packages of ribs out of the refrigerator, open the half-covered mouths, and pour the wet sauce, spoonful by spoonful, through the openings and into the bottom of the ribs. Each package of ribs should hold about 6-8 tablespoons of sauce, then seal the mouths and place them flat on a baking sheet. This is an important step to prevent steam leaks.

Step 8.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and place in a pork rib roasting pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes (please adjust baking time according to the size of the ribs)

Step 9.

I like my ribs with crispy and tough skin. Once the ribs are baked, you can open the tin foil and bake for about 8 minutes. In between, you can spoon the soup under the pork ribs a few times to make the flavor stronger, crisper, crunchier, and crispy on the outside

Step 10.

Place the roasted ribs on a plate, cut them one by one into strips with a serrated knife, and pour the gravy from the tin foil over the cut ribs. You can eat them.
